Objectives of Study：

Screen the risk factors of spontaneous prterm birth from maternal and fetal aspects.

纳入标准：

（1) 18岁以上；
（2) 中国汉族；
（3）知晓并同意参与本研究项目；
(4) 分娩于37周前。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 18 years
(2) Chinese Han women;
(3) Know and agree to participate in this research project;
(4) Delivery before 37 gestational weeks.

排除标准：

(1) 医源性早产；
（2）感染因素引发的早产；
(3) 产检数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Latrogenic preterm birth;
(2) Preterm birth induced by infection diseases;
(3) Missing medical records.
