研究目的：

回顾性分析内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（endoscopic sphincterotomy，EST）治疗Oddi括约肌功能障碍（sphincter of Oddi dysfunction，SOD）的效果评价，分析类似症状疾病临床鉴别诊断的重要性。  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis of endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) in the treatment of biliary type sphincter of Oddi dysfunction(SOD).Analyze the importance of differential diagnosis of diseases with similar symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胆型SOD患者纳入标准：①符合胆源性腹痛诊断标准（罗马IV指南[5]）；②两次及以上记录的异常的转氨酶、胆红素或碱性磷酸酶(>正常值2倍)和/或胆总管增粗（直径>8mm）。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with biliary-type SOD: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria for biliary abdominal pain(Rome IV[12]); 2. Abnormal ALT, AST, TBiL or ALP >2 times normal values documented on 2 or more occasions; and/or dilated bile duct greater than 8 mm diameter.

排除标准：

排除标准：①B超、CT和MRCP考虑胆管结石、肿瘤或其他胆道梗阻病变；②疼痛与排便、体位改变和使用抗酸药物等明显相关。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal ultrasound, CT and MRCP consider bile duct stones, tumors or other biliary obstruction lesions; 2. Pain is significantly related to defecation, postural changes and the use of antacid drugs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
