研究目的：

研究一种无创实时定量检测肝脏储备功能的方法，实现便捷、准确、安全、有效地评估肝脏储备功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To study a non-invasive real-time quantitative detection method of liver reserve function, to achieve convenient, accurate, safe and effective assessment of liver reserve function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

注射吲哚菁绿溶液（5mg/ml，0.5mg/kg）后进行腕部血管光声成像，在1小时内采集0、1、5、15、20分钟各个时间点的颈部血管光声信号，同时进行血浆清除实验，静脉注射与光声成像相同剂量的ICG溶液，在1小时内采集0、1、5、15、20分钟各个时间点的动脉血液，分析腕部血管ICG光声信号变化与ICG浓度变化的相关性，探索光声成像方法定量评估肝脏功能可行性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

After injection of indocyanine green solution (5mg/ml, 0.5mg/kg), perform photoacoustic imaging of the wrist blood vessels, and collect the photoacoustic signals of the neck blood vessels at various time points of 0, 1, 5, 15, 20 minutes within 1 hour At the same time, plasma clearance experiments were performed, ICG solution was injected intravenously at the same dose as photoacoustic imaging, and arterial blood was collected at various time points of 0, 1, 5, 15, and 20 minutes within 1 hour, and the changes of ICG photoacoustic signal of wrist blood vessels were analyzed. Correlation with ICG concentration changes, explore photoacoustic imaging methods to quantitatively assess the feasibility of liver function. 

纳入标准：

1、患有慢性病毒性肝炎或任何原因的肝硬化患者
2、能配合完成整个成像过程，图像质量佳

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic viral hepatitis or cirrhosis of any cause;
2. Can cooperate to complete the entire imaging process, with good image quality.

排除标准：

1、妊娠妇女
2、有碘过敏史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Patients with a history of iodine allergy.
