研究目的：

（1）探索脑卒中复发风险感知及行为特征，归纳脑卒中患者行为规律，探寻复发风险感知及行为决策之间的关系机制，找寻行为干预的关键靶点，构建复发风险感知与行为决策模型； （2）基于构建的脑卒中复发风险感知与行为决策理论模型，尝试借鉴风险沟通技术理念，设计脑卒中患者健康行为干预方案并检验其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To design and applicate the health behavior intervention program based on the theoretical model of stroke recurrence risk perception and behavioral decision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；
②符合中华医学会制定的《各类脑血管疾病诊断要点》、《中国脑出血诊治指南（2014）》和《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南（2018）》的诊断标准，并经颅脑CT或MRI确诊的脑卒中患者（包括缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中）；
③具有一定的语言沟通能力（Token test≥17分）；
④无认知功能障碍（MMSE≥17分）；
⑤具有一定的自理能力（ADL≥40分）；
⑥知情同意参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years;
2. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association for the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases, the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage (2014) and the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke (2018), and transcranial CT or M stroke patients (including ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke);
3. With a certain language communication skills (token test>=17);
4. Without cognitive impairment (mmse>=17);
5. Have a certain self-care ability (adl>=40 points);
6. Informed consent patients participating in the study.

排除标准：

①并发其他重大疾病者，如心功能衰竭、呼吸功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、严重外伤等其他危重病症者；
②有严重精神疾病既往史、家族史者;
③正在参与其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other major diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe trauma and other critically ill patients;
2. Patients with a history of severe mental illness, family history;
3. Patients in other studies.
