研究目的：

本项目采用移空技术和正念生活等见效快、易操作、接地气的方法，探索中国本土化心身支持用于新冠疫情创伤疗愈的干预技术、方法和工具。移空技术和正念生活均为比较成熟的心身疗愈方法，可以迅速移除和缓解不适心身症状，在应对压力、疗愈创伤、修复关系、重建生命意义中具有良好的效果。此次服务于新冠疫情，在提供有效服务的过程中，通过收集实证数据验证其可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, we will use the Transforming Symptom-Images into Nothingness Technology and Mindful Life Group Activities, which are available and easy to operate, to explore the intervention methods and tools of trauma healing based on Chinese Mind-body Wisdom for the New Coronavirus Disease 2019 in China. The Transforming Symptom-Images into Nothingness Technology and Mindful Life Group Activities are relatively mature healing methods, which can quickly remove or relieve psychosomatic symptoms, and are effective in coping with stress, healing trauma, repairing relationships, and rebuilding the meaning of life. It is supposed that these technology and method would provide effective services in the New Coronavirus Disease 2019. Evidences will be also collected to verify the feasibility and effectiveness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）疫情期间经历痛苦，出现心身症状（身体不适和情绪不适）；
2）愿意接受移空一对一咨询或加入正念生活小组；
3）希望改善心身症状，重新享受生活。

Inclusion criteria

1) undergoes psychosomatic distress in the New Coronavirus Disease 2019;
2) is willing to accept one-to-one counseling of Transforming Symptom-Images into Nothingness Technology or Mindful Life Group Activity;
3) hopes to improve the psychosomatic symptoms and return to the enjoyed life.

排除标准：

1）处在精神活性期；
2）无法自行完成三调放松；
3）需要危机干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1) with active mental illness;
2) cannot complete the relaxation exercise on his/her own;
3) Crisis intervention is required.
