研究目的：

该研究是运用KHOS应对方式量表和状态焦虑问卷(S-AI)，了解不同的应对方式的首次胃镜患者的胃镜前焦虑水平，通过微信平台的对实验组进行干预，同时以常规胃镜前宣教患者作为对照组开展研究，观察实验组和对照组患者在胃镜当天报到时、胃镜前的焦虑水平的变化，以及观察患者胃镜中配合程度、胃镜结束后患者自评对普通胃镜的接受度，为后期开展微信平台干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is to use the khos coping style scale and the State Anxiety Questionnaire (s-ai) to understand the level of pre gastroscopy anxiety of the first gastroscopy patients with different coping styles, to intervene the experimental group through the wechat platform, at the same time, to carry out the study with the patients with routine pre gastroscopy Education as the control group, to observe the change of anxiety level of the experimental group and the control group when they report for the same day of gastroscopy and before gastroscopy In order to provide the basis for the later stage of wechat platform intervention, we observed the degree of cooperation in patients' gastroscope and the acceptance of patients' self-evaluation of general gastroscope after gastroscope.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者自行或者能在家属指导下熟练使用微信平台；
第一次行普通胃镜检查（非无痛胃镜）；
意识清楚、无沟通障碍；
门诊患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients can use wechat platform by themselves or under the guidance of their families;
2. Patients who had the first general gastroscopy (non painless gastroscopy);
3. Patients with clear consciousness and no communication barrier;
4. Outpatients.

排除标准：

合并严重心肺疾病的患者；
有精神方面疾病的患者；
行急诊胃镜的患者；
听力障碍的患者；
同一天还需行肠镜、增强CT、B超引导下穿刺等侵入性操作的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease;
2. patients with mental illness;
3. Emergency gastroscopy patients;
4. Patients with hearing impairment;
5. On the same day, patients who need invasive operation such as enteroscopy, enhanced CT, puncture under the guidance of B ultrasound, etc..
