研究目的：

应用改良双腔支气管导管插管方法是否能提高插入双腔导管的成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

Whether or not the success rate of double-lumen catheter insertion can be improved by using the improved double-lumen bronchial catheter method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟作肺部手术需要行双腔气管插管的患者，
年龄>18岁，
ASA I-II级，
插管条件分级1-2级者，
无气管或者支气管病变者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who need double lumen endotracheal intubation for lung surgery;
2. Patients over 18 years old;
3. ASA level I-II;
4. Patients with intubation condition grading 1-2;
5. Patients without trachea or bronchopathy

排除标准：

年龄<18岁，
ASA III级及以上，
咽喉部异常、预计插管困难、插管条件分级>3级。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients younger than 18 years old;
2. ASA level III and above;
3. Patients with abnormal throat, difficulty in intubation and grade of intubation condition > 3.
