应用改良双腔支气管导管插管方法是否能提高插入双腔导管的成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

whether or not the success rate of double-lumen catheter insertion can be improved by using the improved double-lumen bronchial catheter method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟作肺部手术需要行双腔气管插管的患者，年龄>18岁，ASA I-II级，插管条件分级1-2级者，无气管或者支气管病变者.

Inclusion criteria

Double-lumen endotracheal intubation is required for pulmonary surgery, with age more than 18 years old, ASA i-ii,grade 1-2 for intubation conditions and no tracheal or bronchial lesions.

排除标准：

年龄<18岁，ASA III级及以上，咽喉部异常、预计插管困难、插管条件分级>3级

Exclusion criteria：

Age <18 years old, ASA grade III or above, laryngopharyngeal abnormality, anticipated difficulty in intubation, and intubation conditions were classified as > grade 3
