研究目的：

对比研究赛新一次性使用内窥镜管芯与可视喉镜引导全麻患者经口气管插管的有效性和安全性，为临床应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The efficacy and safety of endotracheal intubation guided by Saixin disposable endoscope intubation stylet and video laryngoscope in patients with general anesthesia were compared to provide a reference for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 签署知情同意书；
2. 年龄≥18岁，性别不限；
3. ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级；
4. 择期拟全身麻醉气管插管行手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent;
2. Aged >= 18 years old, male or female;
3. ASA I-III;
4. Intubation under general anesthesia was performed at an optional time.

排除标准：

1. 上呼吸道肿瘤、脓肿、异物或气道狭窄的患者；
2. 已预料的困难气道插管者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper respiratory tract tumor, abscess, foreign body or airway stenosis;
2. Anticipated difficult airway intubation.
