研究目的：

该研究是运用KHOS应对方式量表和状态焦虑问卷(S-AI)，了解不同的应对方式的首次胃镜患者的胃镜前焦虑水平，通过微信平台的对实验组进行干预，同时以常规胃镜前宣教患者作为对照组开展研究，观察实验组和对照组患者在胃镜当天报到时、胃镜前的焦虑水平的变化，以及观察患者胃镜中配合程度、胃镜结束后患者自评对普通胃镜的接受度，为后期开展微信平台干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the research was to study the effect of using WeChat (a mobile social media app) on pregastroscopy anxiety and patient cooperation of patients with different coping styles.

纳入标准：

患者自行或者能在家属指导下熟练使用微信平台
第一次行普通胃镜检查（非无痛胃镜）
意识清楚、无沟通障碍
门诊患者

Inclusion criteria

With access to WeChat themselves or through close family members eligible
Undergoing their initial unsedated gastroscopy
Mentally alert and able to communicate freely
Undertaking the procedure as an outpatient.

排除标准：

合并严重心肺疾病的患者
有精神方面疾病的患者
行急诊胃镜的患者
意识不清、听力障碍的患者
同一天还需行肠镜、增强CT、B超引导下穿刺等侵入性操作的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases,
With mental distress,
Patients undergoing emergency gastroscopy,
Patients with impaired consciousness, and impaired hearing,
Patients undertaking other invasive procedures on the same day, such as a colonoscopy, a contrast enhanced CT, an ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration, etc
