综合评价正常中晚期妊娠及高危妊娠状态下胎儿心脏形态及功能的改变,以及分娩后新生儿心脏形态及功能的改变。对比超声人工智能新技术(斑点追踪和超声影像组学)与传统超声技术的优劣,探讨它们在正常妊娠和高危妊娠状态下,胎儿和新生儿心血管系统的病理生理改变,并且探索超声组学改变与胎盘组织、脐血的蛋白组学差异的相关性,验证预测高危妊娠胎儿心功能异常的检测指标。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The changes of fetal heart morphology and function in normal middle and third trimester pregnancy and high-risk pregnancy were evaluated comprehensively, as well as the changes of neonatal heart morphology and function after delivery. New ai technology, contrast ultrasound (spot tracking and ultrasonic imaging omics) and the merits of the traditional ultrasonic technology, discusses their in the condition of normal pregnancy and high-risk pregnancy, fetal and neonatal cardiovascular system of pathophysiological changes, and explore the ultrasound group change and placental tissue, the correlation of proteomics differences of umbilical cord blood, validation to predict high-risk pregnancy fetal cardiac anomaly detection index. |

纳入标准: |
前瞻性收集2020年7月至2023年7月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院建卡的单胎妊娠孕妇及其分娩后24小时内的活产新生儿;有明确末次月经或者早孕期超声测量头臀长度;中孕期大畸形筛查未见胎儿结构畸形者;中孕期大畸形筛查发现胎心结构畸形,但仍然愿意继续妊娠者。胎儿未发现染色体异常或遗传综合征;产前超声检查数据完整(包括生长超声测量、胎儿心脏超声及新生儿心脏超声检测)。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Prospective collection of single pregnancy pregnant women and live births within 24 hours after delivery from July 2020 to July 2023 in obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Fudan University; The length of head and buttock measured by ultrasound during the last menstrual period or early pregnancy; No fetal structural malformation was found in the screening of macromalformation in middle pregnancy; Screening for macromalformation in middle pregnancy reveals structural abnormalities of the fetal heart, but is still willing to continue the pregnancy. No chromosomal abnormalities or genetic syndromes were found in the fetus. Complete prenatal ultrasound data (including growth ultrasound measurement, fetal echocardiography and neonatal echocardiography). |

排除标准: |
多胎妊娠(双胎及以上)末次月经不明确且无早孕期超声测量头臀长记录的孕妇;分娩后24小时内死亡的新生儿;胎儿有明显结构畸形或染色体异常,且决定不继续妊娠者;孕前半年或孕早期有吸烟、酗酒、吸毒史等:早孕期有病毒感染史或曾服用致畸性药物史;孕前半年或孕早期接触有毒有害物质或大剂量辐射史;产前超声检查数据不完整;外院分娩未能随访到妊娠结局。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Pregnant women with multiple pregnancies (twins and above) whose final menstruation is not clear and whose head and buttock length is not measured by ultrasound in early pregnancy; Newborns who die within 24 hours of delivery; The fetus has obvious structural malformations or chromosomal abnormalities and decides not to continue the pregnancy; A history of smoking, alcohol abuse or drug abuse in the first half of pregnancy or the first trimester: a history of viral infection or teratogenic drug use in early pregnancy; A history of exposure to toxic or harmful substances or large doses of radiation in the first half of pregnancy or the first trimester; Incomplete prenatal ultrasound data; Pregnancy outcomes were not followed up for delivery outside the hospital. |
