研究目的：

通过回顾性收集晚期胃癌及贲门癌患者腹部CT测定患者腰三椎位置骨骼肌指数，判定患者骨骼肌指数变化量，从而判断消化道肿瘤患者骨骼肌指数、BMI、体重变化量与生存预后关系。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively collecting abdominal CT of patients with advanced gastric cancer and cardia cancer, the skeletal muscle index of the lumbar trivertebral position of the patients was measured to determine the changes in the skeletal muscle indexes of the patients and the relationship between the changes in skeletal muscle index, BMI, body weight and survival prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 晚期胃癌及贲门癌患者;
2. 有不小于3次间隔均匀的腹部CT结果
3. 有不小于3次间隔均匀的身高、体重、实验室检查（血常规、血生化）结果（与CT时间差不超过7天）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with advanced gastric cancer and cardiac cancer;
2. There are not less than 3 times of abdominal CT results evenly spaced
3. There are not less than 3 times of uniform height, weight, and laboratory examination (blood routine, blood biochemical) results (with CT time difference not more than 7 days).

排除标准：

1. 经医师判断不可纳入的患者
