研究目的：

对比机器人辅助腹腔镜下舌粘膜和颊粘膜补片式输尿管成形术在治疗输尿管狭窄上的手术疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the differences of the surgical outcomes between the lingual and buccal grafts in the robotic ureteroplasty for the treatment of the ureteral stricture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄14～75岁；
② 术前常规行B超、CTU或磁共振水成像、顺行或逆向尿路造影等检查证实为输尿管狭窄；
③ 狭窄病因为良性；
④ 狭窄段位于中、上段输尿管；
⑤ 患者存在腰疼或利尿肾动态提示患侧存在输尿管梗阻及肾功能损害，即存在手术指征；
⑥ 无法实施输尿管端端吻合、输尿管肾盏吻合、肾盂成型术者；
⑦ 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 14-75 years;
② The diagnosis is ureteral stricture;
③ Benign stricture;
④ Location: proximal and middle ureteral stricture;
⑤ The patient has the indication to undergo the surgery: flank pain, ureteral obstruction and the deterioration of renal function;
⑥ The ureteroureterostomy, pyeloplasty and ureterocalycostomy cant be performed;
⑦ The patient is voluntary to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 身体条件无法耐受麻醉及手术者；
② 不符合手术指征者；
③ 既往实施过口腔粘膜补片式输尿管狭窄修复手术失败者；
④ 除口腔粘膜补片修身手术外，联合其他手术，譬如联合阑尾补片手术、经皮肾镜碎石取石术、逆行肾盂结石取石术等；
⑤ 存在自身免疫性疾病者；
⑥ 口腔粘膜存在疾病者，白塞病等。
⑦ 研究完成前，拒绝继续参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient cant tolerate the anesthesia and surgery;
② No indications for surgery;
③ Previous failure of lingual or buccal graft ureteroplasty;
④ Concomitant surgeries;
⑤ Autoimmune diseases;
⑥ Oral mucosal diseases, such as Behcet's disease;
⑦ The patient who refuse to continue to participate in the study.
