研究目的:

目前国内外心脏骤停患者抢救成功率仍然很低,高质量心肺复苏是抢救心脏骤停患者成功的关键因素之一,如何监测高质量的心肺复苏,目前有部分文献研究在有创监测条件下可一定程度反应心肺复苏质量,如:CCP(冠脉灌注压)、PICCO、ETCO2等有创监测,但目前在医院还未得以广泛开展,且技能操作耗时较长、产生费用也较高。而本研究探讨通过超声监测颈动脉血流速度来反映心肺复苏质量,特别是胸外心脏按压的质量,保证高质量心肺复苏,最终提高心脏骤停患者抢救成功率,该方法方面简单便捷,且为无创性操作,成本也较低。  

Objectives of Study:

At present, the rescue success rate of patients with cardiac arrest at home and abroad is still very low. High quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation is one of the key factors to rescue patients with cardiac arrest. How to monitor high quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation? At present, some literature studies can reflect the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to a certain extent under the condition of invasive monitoring, such as CCP (coronary perfusion pressure), PiCCO, ETCO2 and other invasive monitoring, but at present The hospital has not been widely carried out, and the skill operation takes a long time and costs a lot. In this study, the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), especially the quality of chest compressions, was reflected by monitoring carotid blood flow velocity by ultrasound, so as to ensure high quality CPR and ultimately improve the rescue success rate of patients with cardiac arrest. This method is simple, convenient, non-invasive and low cost.

纳入标准:

急诊科心脏骤停患者,年龄18-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with cardiac arrest in emergency department, aged 18-80 years old.

排除标准:

肿瘤终末期,心脏骤停>10min,妊娠妇女,严重肝肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

At the end of the tumor, cardiac arrest was more than 10 minutes, pregnant women, patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
