研究目的：

探讨急性Standford A 型主动脉夹层术后ICU患者早期肺康复及心脏运动康复治疗的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Effectiveness and safety of early rehabilitation to acute standford type A aortic dissection after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合《Braunwald心脏病学》主动脉夹层分离的诊断标准；经超声心动图、血管超声、MRI、CTA检查确诊为主动脉夹层分离：初次接受心脏手术治疗；年龄大于18岁；术后72h内生命体征平稳，SpO2>90%，血流动力学稳定，多巴胺用量<10μg/kg/min，去甲肾上腺素用量<0.3ug/kg/min；术后72h内意识清楚，沟通良好，能够配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

According to the diagnostic criteria of aortic dissection in Braunwald Cardiology, it was diagnosed as aortic dissection by echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, MRI and CTA: the first time received cardiac surgery; the age was over 18 years old; the vital signs were stable within 72 hours after operation, SpO2 > 90%, hemodynamics was stable, dopamine dosage < 10 μ g / kg / min, noradrenaline dosage < 0.3ug/kg/min; Within 72 hours after the operation, the consciousness was clear, the communication was good, and the patients could cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

心肝肾严重功能障碍；术后立即出现神经功能障碍、急性肾功能衰竭需要血液滤过治疗、低灌注综合征、骨筋膜室综合征等严重并发症；精神病患者；其他不适宜康复治疗的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney; neurological dysfunction, acute renal failure requiring hemofiltration, malperfusion syndrome, osteofascial compartment syndrome and other serious complications immediately after operation; psychosis; other conditions not suitable for rehabilitation treatment.
