研究目的：

本研究旨在探究不同抗凝剂对血液灌流的影响，期望对血液灌流抗凝剂的选择有更新的认识，促进抗凝药物的个性化选择。减少灌流患者血小板下降、出血、血栓、滤器凝血等并发症的发生，减轻患者的经济负担、改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of different anticoagulants on blood perfusion, and hope to have a new understanding on the selection of anticoagulants for blood perfusion, so as to promote the personalized selection of anticoagulants. It may reduce the incidence of thrombocytopenia, hemorrhage, thrombus, filter coagulation and other complications, reduce the economic burden of patients and improve the prognosis.

纳入标准：

a)收住我科，并有血液灌流指征的患者
b)年龄>18y
c)签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

a) Patients in our department with signs of hemoperfusion

b) Age > 18y

c) Sign informed consent

排除标准：

a)拒绝签署知情同意书
b)孕妇、备孕
c)存在风湿免疫系统疾病、血液系统疾病、肿瘤、冠心病、肺栓塞等影响凝血功能的疾病
d)存在严重肝肾功能不全、存在抗凝禁忌的病人
e)存在严重精神异常、药物依赖的病人

Exclusion criteria：

a) Refuse to sign informed consent

b) Pregnant women, pregnancy preparation

c) There are rheumatic immune system diseases, blood system diseases, tumors, coronary heart disease, pulmonary embolism and other diseases that affect the coagulation function

d) Patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency and contraindications of anticoagulation

e) Patients with severe mental disorders and drug dependence

由研究者利用SPSS软件获取随机数字表，用患者得到的数除以3，余数为0的是A组（肝素组），余数为1的是B组（低分子肝素钙组），余数为2的是C组（那屈肝素钙组）。
