Objectives of Study：

This study intends to investigate and analyze the risk factors of Achilles tendon rupture patients,and further guide the diagnosis and prevention of Achilles tendon rupture.

纳入标准：

1. 符合跟腱断裂诊断标准者；
2. 大于等于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Achilles tendon rupture;
2. Greater than or equal to 18 years old.

排除标准：

1. 资料不全者；
2. 病史可信度低影响判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete information;
2. The credibility of the medical history is low and the judger is affected.
