研究目的：

本研究的主要通过前瞻性研究，评价内镜下荷包缝合技术对常规药物保守治疗失败的反复发作的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopy purse-string suture in the treatment of recurrent non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding that has failed with conventional conservative therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄在17-75周岁，且不存在严重的心肺肝肾等系统性疾病，凝血功能正常；
2.患者不存在任何部位恶性肿瘤或血液系统疾病；
3.具有完整的生化学及影像学资料，以及康复出院后每隔3月来消化科门诊复诊时的相关资料；
4.术前内镜证实为非静脉曲张性上消化道出血。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age of the patient is between 17 and 75 years old, and there is no serious systemic disease such as heart, lung, liver and kidney, and the coagulation function is normal;
2. The patient does not have any malignant tumor or blood system disease;
3. Complete biochemical and imaging data, as well as relevant data when returning to the gastroenterology clinic every 3 months after recovery and discharge;
4. Preoperative endoscopic confirmation of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

排除标准：

1.静脉曲张性上消化出血或者存在门脉高压等因素。
2.长期口服非甾体类消炎药、抑制血小板类药物、抗凝药物等可能导致消化道出血的药物；
3.上消化道出血每年在3次以内（不含3次）或者出血原因不同。
4.不同意签署知情同意书、不遵从本研究要求用药，或者中途不能按时随访或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Varicose digestive bleeding or portal hypertension.
2. Long-term oral administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-platelet drugs, anticoagulants and other drugs that may cause gastrointestinal bleeding;
3. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is within 3 times per year (excluding 3 times) or causes of bleeding are different.
4. Do not agree to sign the informed consent, do not comply with the requirements of this study, or fail to follow up on time or lose follow-up.
