研究目的：

探索建立一种全新的脑胶质瘤治疗后复发与假性进展的鉴别诊断模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a new differential diagnosis model between recurrence and pseudoprogression of glioma after treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无药物涉及 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

No drug involved 

纳入标准：

1.试验前已与患者签署该项试验的知情同意书；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.病理证实为脑胶质瘤；
4.已行肿瘤的全切或次全切除术，且术后进行了放疗和/或化疗；
5.预计生存期≥6个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. The informed consent of the trial has been signed with the patient before the trial;
2. Patients over 18 years old;
3. Patients with glioma confirmed by pathology;
4. Patients who have undergone total or subtotal resection of tumor and received radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy;
5. Patients with expected survival >= 6 months.

排除标准：

1.未行手术治疗；
2.不能耐受完整的MRI检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without surgery;
2. Patients who cannot tolerate complete MRI examination.
