探讨膈肌功能与慢性心衰的关系，研究膈肌超声在慢性心衰中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between diaphragmatic function and chronic heart failure and to study the application of diaphragmatic ultrasound in chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合慢性心力衰竭诊断标准；
2、年龄＞18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure.
2. Aged > 18 years.

排除标准：

1、既往有膈肌功能异常或神经肌肉接头疾病；
2、本次住院期间进行过机械通气；
3、急性肺动脉栓塞患者；
4、有呼吸中枢抑制或兴奋类疾病患者；
5、有急性营养不良患者；
6、除外急性冠脉综合征患者；
7、各种原因引起腹内压异常增高患者：如肝淤血等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous diaphragmatic dysfunction or neuromuscular joint disease;
2. Mechanical ventilation was performed during the hospitalization;
3. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism;
4. Patients with respiratory center inhibition or excitatory diseases;
5. Patients with acute malnutrition;
6. Excluding patients with acute coronary syndrome;
7. Abnormal increase of intra-abdominal pressure caused by various reasons, such as liver congestion.
