Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between diaphragmatic function and chronic heart failure and to study the application of diaphragmatic ultrasound in chronic heart failure

纳入标准：

1、符合慢性心力衰竭诊断标准 2、年龄＞18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure. 2.Age > 18.

排除标准：

1、年龄＜18岁；2、既往有膈肌功能异常或神经肌肉接头疾病；3、本次住院期间进行过机械通气；4、急性肺动脉栓塞患者；5、有呼吸中枢抑制或兴奋类疾病患者；6、有急性营养不良患者；7、除外急性冠脉综合征患者；8、各种原因引起腹内压异常增高患者：如肝淤血等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18;2. Previous diaphragmatic dysfunction or neuromuscular joint disease;3. Mechanical ventilation was performed during the hospitalization;4. Patients with acute pulmonary embolism;5. Patients with respiratory center inhibition or excitatory diseases;6. Patients with acute malnutrition;7. Excluding patients with acute coronary syndrome;8. Abnormal increase of intra-abdominal pressure caused by various reasons, such as liver congestion
