研究目的：

(1)探究基于物联网智能技术的妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)运动管理工具的有效性； (2)为妊娠期糖尿病规范化、智能化的健康管理工作提供参考方案；为慢性病患者居家阶段的运动管理提供可靠管理工具；为健康服务体系的建设奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To explore the effectiveness of the (GDM) exercise management tool for gestational diabetes mellitus based on the intelligent technology of the Internet of things. (2)To provide a reference scheme for the standardized and intelligent health management of gestational diabetes; to provide reliable management tools for the exercise management of patients with chronic diseases at home; and to lay the foundation for the construction of health service system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）确诊为GDM：妊娠24-28周行常规75g葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）阳性，符合ADA提出采用的IADPSG标准，其临界值：空腹血糖5.1mmol/L，服用糖水后1h血糖10.0mmol/L，2 h血糖 8.5mmol/L，1项及以上异常者即可确诊；
（2）年满18周岁；
（3）妊娠24-28周；
（4）拥有智能手机（iPhone或andriod），能无障碍运用微信等应用程序，可以独立完成资料填写；
（5）知情同意下自愿参加本次研究，愿意坚持门诊定期产检以及线上线下随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1)GDM: positive in 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) from 24 to 28 weeks after pregnancy which accorded with the IADPSG standard proposed by ADA. The critical value: fasting blood glucose 5.1mmol/L, 1h blood glucose 10.0mmol / L after taking sugar water, 2h blood glucose 8.5mmol/L and above.
(2)years or more 18 years old.
(3)gestation 24-28 week.
(4)have a smartphone (iPhone or andriod), can use Wechat and other applications without barriers, and can fill in the data independently.
(5)voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent, willing to adhere to regular antenatal examinations and online and offline follow-up.

排除标准：

（1）双胎妊娠、前置胎盘、宫颈机能不全等存在运动限制的孕产妇；
（2）孕前已存在Ⅰ或Ⅱ型糖尿病；
（3）有严重精神疾病史；
（4）视力障碍、理解力障碍；
（5）有其他内外科合并症（如心脏病、肝炎、子痫前期等）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)pregnant women with exercise restrictions such as twin pregnancy, placenta previa and cervical insufficiency.
(2)type Ⅰ or Ⅱ diabetes before pregnancy.
(3)history of severe mental illness.
(4)visual impairment and comprehension impairment.
(5)other medical and surgical complications (such as heart disease, hepatitis, preeclampsia, etc.).
