研究目的：

从神经网络的角度，应用静息态功能磁共振成像和扩散加权成像，构建IGE的全脑功能网络及结构网络，借助图论分析技术探索其拓扑学属性，结合各亚型不同的临床表型特征，从而研究IGE各亚型临床差异的潜在神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Contrust whole-brain functional and structural networks of idiopathic generalized epilepsy(IGE) patients and calculate the topological properties to explore the potential mechanism of the differences of clinical semiology among IGE subtypes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

参照1989年和2016年国际抗癫痫联盟 （International League Against Epilepsy ILAE）关于癫痫和癫痫综合征的分类标准，纳入特发性全面性癫痫（失神癫痫、青少年肌阵挛癫痫、全身强直-阵挛癫痫），对患者进行综合评估，经两位神经内科专科医师根据临床表现和脑电图及MRI检查后做出明确诊断，诊断特发性全面性癫痫。在纳入之前签署知情同意书，并由四川大学伦理委员会认可。正常对照身体健康，排除神经或精神疾病，无药物滥用及睡眠障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. IGE patients diagnosed with IGE based on the clinical and seizure semiology information consistent with the 2017 International League Against Epilepsy guidelines by two qualified neurologists.
2. Healthy individuals without neuropsychiatric disease, drug abuse or sleep disorder.
3. All subjects give informed consent.

排除标准：

1.头颅MRI具有病灶的特发性全面性癫痫患者；
2.不能配合完成磁共振检查的患者；
3.有神经精神并发疾病、药物或酒精滥用或睡眠障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A conventional MRI brain examination shows any lesion.
2. Individuals who cannot complete the MRI scans.
3. Individuals who suffer neuropsychiatric comorbidity, drug abuse, alcohol addition or sleep disorders.
