研究目的：

探讨基于SPECT/CT的99Tcm-MDP全身骨显像的融合影像实时引导骨穿刺活组织检查技术，并试验其对可疑骨转移乳腺癌患者临床可行性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the real-time guided bone biopsy with 99TCM-MDP based on SPECT/CT and to test its clinical feasibility and safety in patients with suspected bone metastatic breast cancer.

纳入标准：

乳腺癌患者SPECT/CT全身骨显像后发现骨异常病灶，需经皮病理检查进一步明确诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Breast cancer patients with abnormal bone lesions found after SPECT / CT whole-body bone imaging and need further diagnosis by percutaneous pathology.

排除标准：

有严重出血倾向

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with hemorrhagic tendency.
