研究目的：

流行病学证据表明，终身体育活动是降低非传染性疾病（包括癌症、心血管疾病和其他慢性炎症疾病）风险的有效手段。证据还表明，体育锻炼同样可以降低罹患感染性传染病的风险，包括病毒和细菌感染。这种降低各种疾病患病率的作用与人体免疫系统相关，在一次剧烈运动前后，人体的免疫系统也会出现显著的短暂变化。而关于长期坚持运动会对免疫系统有何影响，目前的相关文献较少。马拉松运动是一项著名长跑运动，它要求参与者必须长期持续的锻炼才能达到参赛要求。 据此，本课题拟采用马拉松运动员的外周血样本，利用单细胞转录组测序技术检测其免疫细胞情况，与运动量较少的普通人比较，明确长期坚持运动对人体外周血免疫细胞状况的影响。本课题有望明确长期坚持运动对外周血免疫系统的改变，探究运动降低各种疾病发生率的机制，指导更多个体通过合理运动保持健康。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we intend to use the peripheral blood samples of marathon athletes, and use single cell transcriptome sequencing technology to detect the immune cells. Compared with the ordinary people who have less exercise, we can make clear the effect of long-term exercise on the immune cells of human peripheral blood.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①一般情况：年龄30-40岁；②身高（165-175cm），BMI（19-24）；③饮食及作息健康，运动习惯较规律者。
②马拉松运动爱好者纳入标准（满足下列一项即可）：
（1）专业长跑项目运动员（包含女子5000米，男子10000米，半程马拉松，全程马拉松项目）；
（2）连续3年，每年参加全程马拉松运动至少1次并能跑完全程的马拉松爱好者；
（3）长期坚持长跑运动者（近3年平均每周跑步距离≥100km）。
③业余运动爱好者纳入标准： 日常跑步运动较少者（平均每周跑步距离≤10km）

Inclusion criteria

① General situation: 30-40 years old; ② height (165-175cm), BMI (19-24); ③ healthy diet, work and rest, regular exercise habits.

② Inclusion criteria for marathon enthusiasts (one of the following is enough):

(1) Professional long-distance runners (including women's 5000 meters, men's 10000 meters, half marathon, full marathon);

(2) Marathon enthusiasts who have participated in the whole marathon at least once a year for 3 consecutive years and can complete the whole marathon;

(3) Long distance runners (average running distance per week in recent 3 years ≥ 100km).

③ Inclusion criteria for Amateurs: less daily running (average weekly running distance ≤ 10km)

排除标准：

①存在与免疫系统相关的基础疾病；②一个月内曾进行马拉松运动；③血压，心率，肺活量，肌张力等指标有明显异常（参照一般医学标准）；④有烟酒嗜好；⑤血常规、心、肺、肝、肾功能检测出明显异常，妊娠期妇女或有神经、精神系统疾患；⑥三个月内曾参加其他临床研究；⑦研究者认为应排除在本研究之外的其他任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are basic diseases related to the immune system; ② marathon exercise within one month; ③ blood pressure, heart rate, vital capacity, muscle tension and other indicators have obvious abnormalities (refer to the general medical standards); ④ tobacco and alcohol addiction; ⑤ blood routine, heart, lung, liver and kidney function test have obvious abnormalities; pregnant women may have neurological and mental system diseases; ⑥ participated in three months Add other clinical studies; ⑦ any other circumstances that the researcher thinks should be excluded from this study.
