研究目的：

本研究试图探讨长时间、高强度、规律性为特点的积极强化运动疗法对于病程5年以内的2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制、药物使用及相关健康状况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of aggressive exercise therapy characterized by long-duration, high intensity and regular on glucose control, drug use and related health status of type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed within 5 years.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）2型糖尿病患者；
2）2型糖尿病病程≤5年；
3）65周岁≥年龄≥18周岁；
4）使用降糖药物不超过3种；
5）无使用胰岛素治疗史；
6）自愿参加且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes;
2) The duration of type 2 diabetes <= 5 years;
3) 65 years old >= 18 years old;
4) No more than 3 kinds of anti-diabetic drugs were used;
5) No history of insulin treatment;
6) Voluntary participation and signed informed content.

排除标准：

1）存在或出现过2型糖尿病大血管和微血管并发症，包括视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足、糖尿病性神经病、冠心病、外周动脉疾病等；
2）3个月内进行过类固醇治疗；
3）甲状腺疾病；
4）肝脏疾病；
5）无法进行中等和大强度体育锻炼；
6）贫血；
7）肺部疾病病史；
8）心脏疾病病史；
9）肾病病史；
10）怀孕；
11）Hb1Ac>9%。

Exclusion criteria：

1) has been associated with severe diabetes-related diseases, including retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic foot disease, diabetic neuropathy, coronary heart disease, peripheral artery disease, etc.;
2) Steroid therapy within 3 months;
3) Thyroid disease;
4) Liver disease;
5) Unable to do moderate and high intensity physical exercises;
6) Anemia;
7) History of lung disease;
8) History of heart disease;
9) History of kidney disease;
10) Pregnancy;
11）Hb1Ac>9%
