回顾性研究胸腰椎骨折类型中存在神经功能障碍,后纵韧带损伤,骨块移位但未达到翻转的程度的患者的手术资料,找到其影像学或改进的复位技巧等的规律,使得以往认为不能间接减压的部分患者避免减压,满意的复位椎体形态和恢复椎管容积,保留后方柱结构 |

Objectives of Study: |
To study retrospectively the surgical data of patients with neurological dysfunction, injury of posterior longitudinal ligament, displacement of bone mass but not overturning degree in thoracolumbar fracture types, find the rules of imaging or improved reduction techniques, etc., so as to avoid decompression in some patients who previously thought that indirect decompression could not be achieved, satisfactorily reduce the shape of vertebral body and restore the volume of vertebral canal, and retain the posterior column node Construction. |
