研究目的：

回顾性研究胸腰椎骨折类型中存在神经功能障碍，后纵韧带损伤，骨块移位但未达到翻转的程度的患者的手术资料，找到其影像学或改进的复位技巧等的规律，使得以往认为不能间接减压的部分患者避免减压，满意的复位椎体形态和恢复椎管容积，保留后方柱结构  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective to study ligamentotaxis with individualized injured vertebral pedicle screw placement technique based on injury mechanism for treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral burst fractures with incomplete nerve injury ,The rule of imaging or improved reduction techniques can be found, so that some patients who previously thought that indirect decompression could not be avoided decompression, satisfied with the reduction of vertebral body shape and recovery of spinal canal volume, and retained the posterior structure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.神经功能障碍程度：选择frankel C D级。2.后纵韧带损伤。3.无真性皮质翻转症和游离小骨块。

Inclusion criteria

1. Degree of neurological dysfunction: Frankel Grade C D.2. Posterior longitudinal ligament injury.3. No true cortical flipping and free bone fragments.

排除标准：

1.无神经损伤；2.完全性脊髓损伤；3.皮质翻转征

Exclusion criteria：

1.No nerve damage 2.complete spinal cord injury 3.True reverse cortical sign
