研究目的：

1. 证实中药单体对DSS诱导的小鼠实验性肠炎的疗效。 2. 通过检测信号通路及相关因子寻找中药单体治疗UC的可能作用机制。 3. 在人体UC验证主导UC发病的炎症信号通路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To confirm the effect of TCM monomer on experimental enteritis induced by DSS in mice. 2. To look for the possible mechanism of TCM monomer in the treatment of UC by detecting signal pathways and related factors. 3. Verify the inflammatory signaling pathway leading to the onset of UC in human body.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合溃疡性结肠炎的西医诊断标准的初发人群，及相应例数肠镜检查正常人群；
2. 年龄在18～65岁之间的人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. The initial population meeting the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for ulcerative colitis and the corresponding number of normal people undergoing colonoscopy.
2. People aged between 18 and 65 years.

排除标准：

1. 溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的患者；
2. 有穿孔、大出血风险，无法取活检的患者；
3. 妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients treated for ulcerative colitis.
2. Patients who are at risk of perforation and massive bleeding and cannot be biopsied.
3. Pregnant patients.
