研究目的：

阐明肠道菌群与胰腺癌免疫微环境之间的关系及“对话”机制，明确肠道菌群作为辅助胰腺癌免疫治疗生物靶点的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the relationship between gut microbiota and immune microenviroment of pancreatic cancer and the "dialogue"mechanism,and then confirm the significance of gut microbiota as a biological target for adjuvant immunotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）诊断明确的胰腺导管腺癌；
2）18-70周岁；
3）愿意参与该研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The pancreatic cancer diagnosed by pathology;
2. Aged 18-70 year-old;
3. Willing to participate and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）原发于其他组织的转移性胰腺癌以及胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤；
2）细菌性痢疾、阿米巴痢疾、慢性血吸虫病、肠结核、缺血性结肠炎、放射性结肠炎、未定型结肠炎者；
3）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
4）合并肝硬化、糖尿病、肾功能衰竭、重度脂肪肝、肥胖患者；
5）采集标本前2周使用肠道微生物制剂或抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Metastatic pancreatic cancer originating from other tissues or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor;
(2) Bacterial dysentery, amoebic dysentery, chronic schistosomiasis, intestinal tuberculosis, ischemic colitis, radioactive colitis, unshaped colitis;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) Patients with liver cirrhosis, diabetes, renal failure, severe fatty liver and obesity;
(5) Intestinal microbial agents or antibiotics were used 2 weeks before the collection of specimens.
