研究口服补碱治疗对腹膜透析无代谢性酸中毒患者残余肾功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To Study the effect of oral alkali supplementation on residual renal function in peritoneal dialysis patients without metabolic acidosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

血清碳酸氢根水平在22-29mmol/L中间的维持性腹膜透析的患者

Inclusion criteria

Maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients with serum bicarbonate level between 22-29mmol / L

排除标准：

血液透析或肾移植史；
服用5种及以上降压药物；
24小时尿量<200 ml/天；
入组前2周内口服碳酸氢盐

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of hemodialysis or kidney transplantation; 2. Taking 5 or more antihypertensive drugs;
2. Patients whose urine volume was less than 200 ml / day in 4 hours;
3. Patients taking bicarbonate orally within 2 weeks before admission.
