研究目的：

本研究旨在比较单束重建和双束重建术中移植物污染率和术后感染率，并探寻移植物准备和移植物污染、术后感染的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the graft contamination rate and clinical infection rate between single-bundle and double-bundle ACL reconstruction by hamstring autograft and evaluate whether there was association between contaminated grafts and clinical infection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 临床诊断为单侧前交叉韧带损伤；
2. 拟行关节镜下自体腘绳肌肌腱单束或双束解剖重建。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as unilateral ACL injury clinically;
2. A scheduled arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament single-bundle or double-bundle reconstruction by hamstring autograft.

排除标准：

1. 患膝合并其他膝关节韧带损伤；
2. 患膝既往手术史；
3. 手术前2月内有过任何类型临床感染（包括流感、新冠）；
4. 合并其它系统疾病，如心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病等；
5. 药物及/或酒精滥用；
6. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
7. 未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other ligament injuries of the knee;
2. Previous knee surgery;
3. Any type of clinical infection (such as influenza) within the two months before surgery;
4. Combination of other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases;
5. Drug and/or alcohol abuse;
6. Pregnant or nursing women;
7. Not signing informed consent.
