研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究明确带蒂桥血管与不带蒂桥血管是否在通畅率方面存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of pedicle on bridge vessel patency in "no-touch" technique

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄：18≤年龄≤80岁；
2）术前超声提示腿部血管直径≥1.5mm；
3）无静脉曲张病史
4）已择期完成下列之一手术：非体外循环下行主动脉-两支及三支大隐静脉冠脉旁路移植术。非体外循环下行主动脉-乳内动脉、主动脉-大隐静脉冠脉旁路移植术；
5）EF>40%；
6）首次行心脏手术病人；
7）无先天性心脏病、瓣膜病病史；
8）依从性好，能够配合完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 ≤ 80;
2. Preoperative ultrasound showed that the diameter of blood vessels in legs ≥ 1.5mm;
3. Patients without history of varicose vein;
4. Patients who have completed one of the following operations: off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting with two or three great saphenous veins. Off cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was used to graft the aorta - internal mammary artery and the aorta - great saphenous vein;
5. EF > 40%;
6. Patients who had the first heart operation;
7. Patients without history of congenital heart disease or valve disease;
8. Those patients who have good compliance and can cooperate with the follow-up.

排除标准：

1）不符合入选标准者；
2）二次或多次心脏手术史；
3）心脏手术的同时伴有其他身体部位手术；
4）肝肾功能损害（检测结果超出正常值上限的3 倍）、有手术禁忌证者；
5）患有其它疾病需要放疗、化疗、长期激素治疗者；
6）已参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. Patients with two or more cardiac operations;
3. Patients with heart operation accompanied by other body parts operation;
4. Patients with liver and kidney function damage (the detection result is more than 3 times of the upper limit of normal value) and operation contraindications;
5. Patients with other diseases requiring radiotherapy, chemotherapy and long-term hormone treatment;
6. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials.
