研究目的：

1.探讨以复合膳食纤维营养代餐为基础的极低热卡膳食对新诊2型糖尿病的逆转作用； 2.探索中国2型糖尿病的防治措施。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the reversal effect of ultra-low calorie diet based on compound dietary fiber nutrition meal replacement for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2. Explore the prevention and treatment measures for type 2 diabetes in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2型糖尿病；24≤BMI<35kg/m2；年龄18-70岁；首次访视时糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的范围为7.0% < HbA1c ≤10.0%，空腹血糖(FPG)的范围为7.0mmol/L

Inclusion criteria

Type 2 diabetes; 24≤BMI<35kg/m2; age 18-70 years; range of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) at first visit is 7.0%

排除标准：

1型糖尿病；特殊类型糖尿病；增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变；估测肾小球滤过率(eGFR) <30 mL/min/1.73m2；心功能2级或2级以上；呼吸衰竭；严重肝损害；妊娠妇女；使用糖皮质激素或其他影响血糖的药物；贫血患者；血压控制不佳者：收缩压(SBP)>180mmHg和/或舒张压(DBP)>120mmHg

Exclusion criteria：

Type 1 diabetes; special type of diabetes; proliferative diabetic retinopathy; estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30 mL/min/1.73m2; cardiac function grade 2 or higher; respiratory failure; severe liver damage; Pregnant women; use of glucocorticoids or other drugs that affect blood sugar; patients with anemia; poor blood pressure control: systolic blood pressure (SBP)> 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP)> 120 mmHg
