研究目的：

探讨左侧卧位下可视软镜引导经口气管插管用于内镜下粘膜剥离术患者的安全性和可行性，并与视频喉镜相对照，以期为此类手术患者提供一种可借鉴的气管插管方式。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and feasibility of endotracheal intubation under flexible video endoscope guidance during Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the left lateral position, and compared with video laryngoscope, so as to provide a useful tracheal intubation method for patients undergoing such surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. ASA分级 Ⅰ～Ⅲ级；
2. 年龄18～80岁；
3. 拟在气管插管全麻下行内镜下粘膜剥离术。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-III;
2. Aged 18-80 years;
3. ESD was performed under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

排除标准：

1. 困难气道（Mallampati分级≥Ⅲ级、BMI≥30kg/m2、张口度≤3cm等）；
2. 咽喉部手术史；
3. 患者拒绝入组该项临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Difficult airway (Mallampati class > III, BMI >= 30 kg/m2, mouth degrees <= 3 cm);
2. History of throat surgery;
3. Patients refused to join the trial.
