研究目的：

丙泊酚为临床常用的静脉镇静和临床诱导麻醉药物。前期我们已纳入30名室性早搏/室速拟行射频消融治疗的患者术前使用小剂量丙泊酚静脉推注，观察丙泊酚对室性早搏的作用情况，通过随后的标测和消融结果，分析丙泊酚对不同起源部位的室早作用及其差异。我们发现丙泊酚能够显著降低室早负荷，对于流出道起源的室早尤其敏感。在此基础上我们拟进一步纳入50名室性早搏/室速拟行射频消融治疗的患者，术前分别使用小剂量丙泊酚或依托咪酯进行静脉推注，观察不同麻醉药物对室性心律失常的作用情况。同时我们分别以不同的频率进行心室起搏，比较药物干预前后不同起搏频率下心室不应期的变化。我们旨在通过该研究证实丙泊酚对室性心律失常的特异性作用和对心室不应期的影响，为改造一种可能的新型抗室性心律失常药物提供科学依据  

Objectives of Study：

Propofol is a commonly used intravenous sedation and clinical induction anesthetic. In the early stage, we have enrolled 30 patients with premature ventricular contraction/ventricular tachycardia who were to be treated with radiofrequency ablation. Low-dose propofol intravenous injection was performed before ablation to observe the effect of propofol on ventricular arrhythmias. It was found that propofol can significantly reduce the burden of ventricular arrhythmia, and is particularly sensitive to ventricular arrhythmias originating from the ventricular outflow tract. On this basis, we decide furtherly to enroll 50 patients with premature ventricular contraction/ventricular tachycardia who are to be treated with radiofrequency ablation. Before ablation, small doses of propofol or etomidate were intravenously injected to observe the effects of different anesthetic drugs on arrhythmias. At the same time, we performed ventricular pacing at different frequencies and compared the changes of the ventricular refractory period before and after drug intervention. We aim to confirm the specific effect of propofol on ventricular arrhythmias and the impact on the ventricular refractory period in this study. Finally, we could provide scientific evidence for creating a new antiarrhythmic drug.

纳入标准：

① 拟行室性早搏/速电生理检查及射频消融治疗的患者
② 室早/速负荷20%以上
③ 无心电生理检查及射频消融手术治疗禁忌证
④ 年龄18-80岁之间

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who intend to undergo ventricular arrhythmia radiofrequency ablation
② Room morning/speed load is more than 20%
③ No contraindications for electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation
④ Between the ages of 18-80

排除标准：

① 严重慢性肺部疾病，有麻醉风险患者
② 严重的先天性心脏病、心肌梗死后遗症、肥厚性心肌病、扩张性心肌病等器质性心脏病史者
③ 合并妊娠
④ 有丙泊酚/依托咪酯药物过敏史者
⑤ 血压低于90/60mmHg者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe chronic lung disease or at a high risk of anesthesia
② Those with a history of organic heart disease such as severe congenital heart disease, sequelae of myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, etc.
③ pregnancy patients
④ Those with a history of allergy to propofol/etomidate
⑤ Those whose blood pressure is lower than 90/60mmHg
