研究目的：

复发性流产指连续两次或两次以上的自然流产，其发病率高，严重影响着孕妇的身心健康。现在生殖免疫性研究发现，妊娠是一种使同种异体移植物的胎儿能够着床并生长的状态，免疫因素在复发性流产中起着关键作用。其中，调节 T 细胞（Regulatory T Cell,Treg）在维持正常妊娠过程中发挥重要作用，其平衡失调可能导致不明原因复发性流产。通过流式细胞术检测T细胞在治疗前后的变化以探究其在不明原因复发性流产的诊断和治疗中的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Recurrent abortion refers to two or more consecutive spontaneous abortion, its incidence is high, seriously affecting the physical and mental health of pregnant women.Now reproductive immunity studies have found that pregnancy is a condition in which the fetus of an allograft can be implanted and grow, and that immune factors play a key role in recurrent abortion.Among them, Regulatory T Cell (Treg) plays an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy, and its imbalance may lead to unexplained recurrent abortion.The changes of T cells before and after treatment were detected by flow cytometry to explore their significance in the diagnosis and treatment of unexplained recurrent abortion.

纳入标准：

在我院妇产科实验室确诊的患者100例，作为URSA病例组。病例入选标准：患者无成功妊娠史，流产≥2胎且都发生于妊娠28周以前，且男方外周血染色体核型正常，精液检查无异常。

Inclusion criteria

A total of 100 patients confirmed in the obstetrics and gynecology laboratory of our hospital were included in the URSA case group.Case inclusion criteria: the patient had no history of successful pregnancy, miscarriage of ≥2 fetuses occurred before 28 weeks of gestation, and the male had normal chromosome karyotype in peripheral blood, and no abnormalities in semen examination.

排除标准：

排除家族遗传史、染色体因素、解剖因素、内分泌因素、血型不合及感染因素和自身抗体因素等现有已知因素导致的复发性流产。

Exclusion criteria：

The existing known factors such as family history, chromosome, anatomy, endocrine, blood group incompatibility, infection and autoantibody were excluded.
