寻找ADRB2基因多态性在COPD驱动肺癌发生中的作用，探究COPD驱动肺癌发生的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of ADRB2 gene polymorphism in lung cancer driven by COPD, exploring the possible mechanism between COPD and lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）肺癌患者：1.年龄≥40岁；2.经病理或免疫组化确诊的肺癌患者；
2）COPD组入组标准：1.年龄≥40岁；2.经肺功能测定后诊断明确的COPD患者（吸入支气管扩张剂后FEVI/FVC<70%）；
3) 健康人群组入组标准：1.年龄≥40岁的健康受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Lung cancer patients:
(1) Aged >= 40 years;
(2) Lung cancer patients confirmed by pathology or immunohistochemistry;
2. COPD inclusion criteria:
(1) Aged >= 40 years;
(2) Patients with COPD diagnosed by pulmonary function test (fevi / FVC < 70% after inhalation of bronchodilator);
3. Criteria for the healthy group: healthy subjects aged >= 40 years.

排除标准：

1.哮喘病史或其他呼吸道疾病（支气管扩张症、间质性肺炎、职业性肺病、结节病等）；
2.肺叶切除或肺癌病史；
3.肺结核：活动性肺结核、陈旧肺结核影响肺功能（如慢性纤维空洞型肺结核、肺脏毁损、结核性胸膜炎引起广泛胸膜肥厚)；
4.临床明显的循环衰竭病史；
5.进行呼吸量测定的明显禁忌症（心肌梗死病史、脑动脉或主动脉动脉瘤、眼睛手术病史、咯血）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with asthma history or other respiratory diseases (bronchiectasis, interstitial pneumonia, occupational pulmonary disease, sarcoidosis, etc.);
2. Patients with history of lobectomy or lung cancer;
3. Tuberculosis: active tuberculosis and old tuberculosis affect pulmonary function (such as chronic fibrocavitary tuberculosis, lung damage, extensive pleural hypertrophy caused by tuberculous pleurisy);
4. Patients with obvious clinical history of circulatory failure;
5. Patients with obvious contraindications for spirometry (history of myocardial infarction, cerebral or aortic aneurysm, history of eye surgery, hemoptysis).
