研究目的：

通过开展实用性随机对照试验,探索针刺强化干预治疗肥胖前期超重人群的临床疗效，明确针刺强化干预治疗的优势，为进一步开发中医特色疗法防治肥胖前期超重人群的干预方案提供高质量的医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

By carrying out practical randomized controlled trials, wed like to explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment in overweight people, to prove the advantages of acupuncture treatment and to provide high-quality medical evidence for the further development of TCM therapies for the prevention and treatment of overweight people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合参考2011年中华医学会内分泌学分会肥胖学组制定的《中国成人肥胖症防治专家共识》和2016年《中国超重/肥胖医学营养治疗专家共识》超重诊断者，即24≤BMI＜28者；
2.年龄在18-45岁之间；
3.自愿参加本课题并签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

1. Corresponding to the diagnostic criteria of overweight, which referred to Experts Consensus on Prevention and Treatment of Chinese Adult Obesity in 2011 and Chinese Experts Consensus on Medical Nutrition Therapists for Overweight/Obesity People in 2016, that is BMI between 24 kg/m2 and 28 kg/m2;
2. Participants aged between 18 and 45 years;
3. Participants who volunteer to the study and sign up for the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖或超重者；
2.哺乳期及妊娠期妇女；
3.合并有严重心、肝、肾等重要脏器的原发性疾病；
4.合并凝血系统障碍、感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤等严重疾病者；
5.治疗前3个月内接受过减肥药物治疗或体重下降＞5%者；
6.不能配合治疗与随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary overweight;
2. Women under lactation or pregnancy;
3. Participants who complicated with severe primary diseases of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney;
4. Participants who complicated with severe diseases such as hematological system disorders, infectious diseases, malignant tumors and so on;
5. Participants who have taken weight-loss drugs within 3 months or have weight loss more than 5% within 3 months before enrollment;
6. Participants who cannot cooperate with treatment of the study.
