通过中国黑龙江省最大的综合医疗皮肤科的数据，论证白癜风发病与甲状腺功能及抗体的关系，为白癜风的病因学及治疗提供临床支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the data of the largest comprehensive medical dermatology department in Heilongjiang Province of China, the relationship between the incidence of vitiligo and thyroid function and antibody was demonstrated, providing clinical support for the etiology and treatment of vitiligo.

纳入标准：

由三位医生依据典型临床表现及辅助检查确诊为白癜风。 确诊依据：白癜风是一种色素脱失性疾病，可发生于任何部位，大多数皮损表现为境界清楚的白色斑点或斑块，周围皮肤正常。其大致可分为两种类型：节段型，非节段型。前者表现为沿某一神经节段分布的皮损，多呈单侧不对称；也可借助伍德氏灯（亮白色荧光）辅助诊断。

Inclusion criteria

Vitiligo was diagnosed by three doctors according to typical clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations.Vitiligo is a depigmentation disease that can occur in any part of the body. The majority of skin lesions present as clear white spots or plaques, and the surrounding skin is unaffected. Vitiligo can be divided into two types: segmental and non-segmental. The former is characterized by skin lesions distributed along the ganglia segment, which are mostly unilateral and asymmetrical. The diagnosis can also be assisted by the use of Wood's lamp (bright white fluorescence).

排除标准：

不完整的病历、妊娠妇女、糖尿病、结核、肿瘤、严重心肝肾功能不全及半年内免疫抑制剂及糖皮质类固醇激素药物应用者。

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete medical records, pregnant women, diabetes, tuberculosis, tumors, severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, use of immunosuppressants and glucocorticoids within the past six months.
