研究目的：

本项目基于多个研究目的开展持续的、长时程的登记研究，受试者至少随访1年，3年作为第一个研究周期。主要目的为以下几个方面：(1)评估中医、西医和中西医结合治疗特发性膜性肾病在实际临床诊疗中的缓解率；（2）明确湿邪在膜性肾病中的演变规律及对预后的影响；（3）明确祛湿法为主的中医临床治疗方案对膜性肾病的演变以及预后的影响；（4）构建多维的特发性膜性肾病人群的湿证病机演变及中医药调控效应的预测模型；（5）通过对比大量蛋白尿非膜性肾病人群， 寻找膜性肾病患者的生物标志物；（6）通过对比膜性肾病非湿证人群， 明确膜性肾病湿证的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is a long-term follow up registry study.The first research period will be three years. Pariticpants will be followed up at least 1 year. Study objectives as follow: 1) To assess the clinical composite remission rate in idiopathic membranous nephropathy treated with different remedies including Chinese herbal medicine, conventional therapy and the combiantion therapy in clinical practice. 2)To clarify the evolution of wet-pathogen in membranous nephropathy and its influence on prognosis. 3)To clarify the effect of clearing damp method on the development and prognosis of membranous nephropathy. 4)To construct a multi-dimensional prediction model for the pathogenesis of wet syndrome and the regulatory effect of TCM in idiopathic membranous nephropathy (idiopathic membranous nephropathy. 5)The biomarkers of the patients with membranous nephropathy were searched by comparing the patients with non-membranous nephropathy with large amount of proteinuria. 6)The biomarkers of the wet syndrome of membranous nephropathy were identified by comparing the non-wet syndrome of membranous nephropathy

纳入标准：

18~85岁；肾穿刺活检符合IMN诊断；或血清PLA2R抗体阳性且未发现继发因素。

Inclusion criteria

18 to 85 years old;Renal biopsy proven IMN,or serum PLA2R antibody positive and secondary MN are eliminated.

排除标准：

肾小球滤过率小于15ml/min者;活动期恶性肿瘤,肝硬化失代偿期或造血系统等严重原发性疾病,精神病患者

Exclusion criteria：

Glomerular filtration rate less than 15ml/min,malignant neoplasms in active phase, severe primary diseases such as decompensated liver cirrhosis or hematopoietic diseases, severe mental disorder
