纳入标准：

（1)18岁以上 （2)中国汉族 （3）知晓并同意参与本研究项目 (4)分娩于37周前

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥18 years old; (2) Chinese Han women; (3) Know and agree to participate in this research project; (4)delivery before 37 gestational weeks.

排除标准：

(1)医源性早产 （2）感染因素引发的早产 (3)产检数据缺失

Exclusion criteria：

(1)iatrogenic preterm birth; (2)preterm birth induced by infection diseases; (3)missing medical records
