研究目的：

血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)在肾素血管紧张素系统（RAS）中非常重要并在肿瘤中有较高表达。 最新研究表明ACE2作为一个重要的新冠肺炎（ COVID-19）感染靶标。本项目旨在观察 68Ga-DX600 在人体内的生物学分布，评价 68Ga-DX600 对ACE2 阳性肿瘤病灶的检测能力，利用 68Ga-DX600 PET 观察治疗过程中 ACE2 表达的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

ACE2 plays an important role in RAS and has been reported to relate with cancer. Recently, it has also been proved as the key target for COVID-19 infection. The aim of the project designed to monitoring biodistribution of 68Ga-DX600 in human beings; evaluate the detection of 68Ga-DX600 for ACE2 positive tumors; monitor the change of ACE2 expression in therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄 18-75 岁，男女不限；
② ECOG 评分 0 或 1 分；
③ 近期（2 个月内）拟行病理组织活检或者接受肿瘤外科手术治疗的结直肠癌、肾癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、脑部肿瘤等ACE2 高表达的肿瘤或疑似肿瘤受试者；
④ 以 18F-FDG PET/CT 结果作为基线评估

Inclusion criteria

1)Age 18-75 years old; both sex;
2）ECoG 0 or 1;
3）Patients that would undergo biopsy or surgical operation with high ACE2 expression tumors such as colorectal cancer, renal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer or suspected tumor.
4）use 18F-FDG PET/CT as baseline evaluation

排除标准：

① 肝肾功能严重异常
② 备孕期怀孕及哺乳期妇女
③ 不能平卧半小时者
④ 患有幽闭恐惧症或其它精神类疾病；
⑤ 拒绝加入本临床研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Significant hepatic or renal dysfunction;
2) Is Pregnant or ready to pregnant;
3) Cannot lie on their back for half an hour;
4) Suffering from claustrophobia or other mental diseases;
5) Refusal to join the clinical study;

Compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

用飞利浦 Gemini TF16 或者西门子 Biograph m-CT flow PET/CT 行头及躯干部显像，扫描范围从头顶到大腿上段 1/3。 患者取仰卧位， 平静呼吸。 头部及躯干部采集条件同上。 数据经 OSEM 法重建后得到冠状、矢状、横断面 PET 及 PET/CT 融合图像。

Index test:

Using Philips Gemini TF16 or Siemens biometric m-ct flow PET / CT to scan the head and trunk, the scanning range is 1 / 3 from the head to the upper thigh; The patient take a supine position and breathed calmly; The collection conditions of head and body cadres are the same as above.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

健康志愿者及近期拟行病理组织活检或者接受肿瘤外科手术治疗的结直肠癌、肾癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、脑部肿瘤等ACE2 高表达的肿瘤或疑似肿瘤受试者。

Healthy volunteers and cancer or suspected tumor subjects with high expression of ACE2, such as colorectal cancer, renal cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, brain tumor, who are to undergo pathological biopsy or tumor surgical treatment recently.
