研究目的：

通过调查高原短居人群，探索高原环境气候对短居人群的生育功能的影响。明确高原环境是否对短居人群的的生育生殖能力存在影响，为入藏短居人群提供准确规范的生育力指导，为国家的高原调查的开展提供合理适宜的建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigation of the short-lived population in the plateau, the influence of the plateau environment and climate on the fertility function of the short-lived population was explored. To determine whether the plateau environment has an impact on the fertility of the short-lived population, to provide accurate and standardized fertility guidance for the short-lived population entering Tibet, and to provide reasonable and appropriate suggestions for the development of the national plateau survey.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18岁-45岁女性；②拟在高原地区连续居住至少1周，不超过1年；③签署受试者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Female aged 18-45 years; ② plan to live in plateau area for at least one week, no more than one year; ③ sign the informed consent of the subject.

排除标准：

患有严重疾病且预期生存期小于12个月，半年内进行重大手术 (如骨科、胃肠、心脏及头颅等手术)；口服短效避孕药女性；罹患甲状腺功能异常、肾上腺疾病等内分泌相关疾病女性.

Exclusion criteria：

Women with serious diseases and expected survival less than 12 months, major operations (such as orthopedic, gastrointestinal, heart and skull operations) within half a year; women with oral short acting contraceptives; women with endocrine related diseases such as thyroid dysfunction and adrenal disease
