研究目的：

对于急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者，评估早期植入IABP的治疗效果  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the effects of early implantation of intraaortic balloon counterpulsation in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicating cardiogenic shock

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18～80岁
2）急性心肌梗死
3)心源性休克，筛查时心源性休克发生小于12个小时
4) 计划行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）治疗
5）愿意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1）Patients with age more than 18 years old and less than 80 years old;
2）Acute myocardial infarction;
3）Cardiogenic shock, which is less than 12 hours before screening;
4) Emergent percutaneous coronary intervention was planned;
5）Informed consent is required.

排除标准：

1）持续 30 分钟以上心肺复苏；
2）无固有心脏活动；
3）昏迷伴瞳孔散大固定且非药物所致；
4）合并室间隔穿孔或急性中度或以上二尖瓣关闭不全；
5）右心室心肌梗死导致的休克；
6）非急性心肌梗死所致的休克；
7）急性大面积肺栓塞；
8）严重的外周动脉疾病妨碍IABP植入；
9）主动脉瓣中度及以上关闭不全；
10）合并存在预期生存时间小于 6 个月的严重疾病；
11）参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Patients with resuscitation more than 30 minutes;
2) Patients with no intrinsic heart action;
3) Patients with cerebral deficit with fixed dilated pupils, which are not drug-induced;
4) Patients with mechanical causes of cardiogenic shock such as ventricular septal defect or acute moderate or severe mitral regurgitation ;
5) Cardiogenic shock was caused by right ventricular myocardial infarction;
6) Cardiogenic shock was not caused acute myocardial infarction;
7) Acute massive pulmonary embolism;
8) Patients with severe peripheral artery disease precluding IABP insertion;
9) Patients with moderate or severe aortic regurgitation;
10) Patients with other severe concomitant disease with limited life expectancy less than 6
months;
11) Patients with participation in another trial.
