估算右美托咪定经鼻给药的95%有效镇静剂量（ED95）  

Objectives of Study：

To study the 95% effective dose of intranasal dexmedetomidine sedation in pediatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)入选 1-36 月龄
2)美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ至Ⅱ级的择期手术患儿

Inclusion criteria

1. children aged 1-36 month;
2. ASA I-II, elective surgery.

排除标准：

1)对右美托咪定或者相关化合物和附加剂过敏史
2)近期或当前正在接受?2受体激动剂和拮抗剂治疗
3)鼻腔结构异常或可预料的困难气道
4)任何严重的系统性疾病
5)肺炎或急性上呼吸道炎症
6)早产史
7)心率失常或已确诊的先天性心脏病

Exclusion criteria：

1. emergency to medicine;
2. Recently or currently receiving ? 2 receptor agonists and antagonists;
3. Abnormal nasal cavity or predictable difficult airway;
4. Any serious systemic disease;
5. Pneumonia or acute upper respiratory inflammation;
6. Preterm history;
7. Arrhythmia or confirmed congenital heart disease.
