研究目的：

预测评分模型有助于识别最有可能受益于积极营养治疗的肿瘤患者。  

Objectives of Study：

Predictive scoring model helps identify tumor patients most likely to benefit from positive nutritional treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理确诊为恶性肿瘤；
（2）经过放疗和（或）化疗；
（3）临床数据完整：年龄、性别、ECOG评分、身高、体重、CRP、生化和血常规等；
（4）放化疗期间，每周有血常规、每2周有生化检查结果；
（5）放化疗结束后的每3个月或根据病人的状况有完整的肿瘤随访结果。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with malignant tumor confirmed by pathology;
2. Patients undergoing radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy;
3. Patients with complete clinical data: age, gender, ECoG score, height, weight, CRP, biochemical and blood routine, etc;
4. During the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the patients with blood routine and biochemical examination results every two weeks;
5. Every 3 months after the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy or according to the patient's condition, there are complete tumor follow-up results.

排除标准：

合并其他严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other serious diseases.
