研究目的：

通过针灸循证优化方案与常规西药治疗的临床随机对照研究，观察两者在综合疗效、皮损评价指标、疼痛评价指标、后遗神经痛发生例数方面的影响，客观评价针灸治疗带状疱疹循证优化方案的临床疗效及探讨免疫指标与临床疗效的关联，为带状疱疹的疗效评价提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this randomized controlled trial is to assess the effect of acupuncture treatment based on evidence for herpes zoster ,compared with routine western medicine treatment, in the comprehensive curative effect,the evaluation index of skin damage,the index of pain evaluation and the onset of postherpetic neuralgia.The association between clinical effect and immunity index is observed and the acupuncture protocol based on evidence to be considered as part of the treatment for herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

患者来源于广州中医院大学第一附属医院、广州市中医院及海报招募，根据诊断、纳入和排除标准选取患者，符合标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组以针灸循证优化方案每日治疗1次，对照组予口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片（每次0.3g，每天2次）及维生素B1片（每次10mg，每天3次）。两者均以10天为1个疗程，治疗1疗程，治疗开始后第30天、60天随访。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients with HZ are recruited from hospitals and communities via poster and newspaper advertisements.Participants were selected according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Eligible participants are randomly assigned to receive either fire needle or routine western medicine treatment via a central randomization system for clinical research using a 1:1 ratio.Participants in the acupuncture group receive fire needle at lesion area and huatuojiaji acupoints everyday,while patients in the control group receive Valciclovir hydrochloride tablets(0.3g bid),and Vitamin B1 tablets(10mg,tid).Participants in both two groups receive treatment for 10 consecutive days in total.The followups are conducted in the 30th and 60th days.

病例能够符合所有标准者，方可纳入作为临床研究病例
1.符合带状疱疹诊断标准要求（西医：《皮肤性病学》第五版关于带状疱疹的诊断标准）；
2.年龄18~75岁者；
3.出现疱疹1~7天内，未经过抗病毒和止痛治疗者；
4.疱疹皮损在1-3个皮节区之内的局限性带状疱疹；
5.签署知情同意书，同意接受本研究各种治疗方法，服从安排者。

Inclusion criteria

Eligible participants aged 18 to 75 years old; who suffer from herpes zoster in the recent 7 days without antiviral drugs and analgesic; whose herpes is confined to a single skin segment;who agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准
凡符合一下任何一项者均应排除
1.属于带状疱疹的特殊类型，包括眼、耳带状疱疹、内脏带状疱疹、脑膜带状疱疹、泛发性带状疱疹、无疹型带状疱疹；
2.计划怀孕、妊娠或哺乳期女性；
3.过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者；
4.瘢痕体质者；
合并严重的心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病或全身衰竭者，糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、精神病患者，结缔组织病、血友病患者，有出血倾向的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Special types of herpes zoster, including eye, ear zoster, visceral herpes zoster, meningeal herpes zoster, generalized herpes zoster and herpes zoster without rash;
2. A woman who plans to become pregnant or who are pregnant or feeding a baby;
3. who are allergy to a variety of drugs;
4. who are scar constitution;
5. who suffer from severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and other primary diseases or systemic failure, diabetes, malignant tumor, mental illness, connective tissue disease, hemophilia, haemorrhagic tendency.
