研究目的：

本研究旨在分析2型糖尿病患者在不锻炼及进行八段锦锻炼的7天内血糖的动态血糖变化规律，并进行自身前后的对比，通过分析反映血糖波动的指标，比如血糖均值、血糖水平标准差、平均血糖波动幅度、日间血糖平均绝对差、葡萄糖目标范围内时间及低血糖发生情况的差别，评价八段锦对短期血糖波动的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to analyze the continuous glucose change trend within seven days when patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus do not exercise and when they perform Baduanjin Exercise. Pre- and post self-comparison will be conducted to examine the glucose variability index to evaluate the impact of Baduanjin on short-term glucose variability.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：a.符合1999年世界卫生组织对2型糖尿病的诊断标准；b.被诊断2型糖尿病1年以上；c.年龄≥60岁；d.血糖控制比较稳定，即近3个月的糖化血红蛋白值<7%者；e.仅使用口服降糖药来控制血糖者；f.自愿参与本研究并同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients will be included if they (a) have a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus no less than 1 year, (b) were 60 years old and above, (c) glycemic control is stable, indicating by HbA1C<7%, (d)only take oral hypoglycemic agents to control blood glucose, (e)were willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：a.因病不能正常进行八段锦锻炼者；b.因局部皮肤状况或者过敏无法佩戴瞬感扫描式血糖监测系统传感器者；c.服用Vc、阿司匹林、局部重度水肿或末梢血液循环障碍等对血糖监测结果有影响者；d.既往已经规律练习八段锦或者规律进行其他运动者（每周运动三次及以上，每次30分钟及以上者）。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be excluded if they (a) are not able to perform Baduanjin, (b) cannot wear flash glucose monitor system due to allergy or local skin condition, (c) take Vitamin C,Asprin or have local skin edema which will influence the glucose result,(d)have been exercising regularly.
