研究目的:

紧跟国际发展动向,将着眼于填补国内空白,研发一款模块化的国产外戴式骨导助听设备,形成实验室演示样机。该设备有望为先天性外中耳畸形听损(及部分其它原因致传导性聋)提供高性能的听力重建方案。  

Objectives of Study:

Under the background of the international development trend, we will focus on developing a modular wearable bone conduction hearing aid device to address a laboratory demonstration prototype. The device is expected to provide a high-performance hearing reconstruction solution for congenital external middle ear deformity with conductive hearing loss.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 研究对象为年龄≥6岁的先天性外耳道闭锁患者;
2. 在0.5、1、2、3Hz测试频率上的纯音骨导听阈均值(PTA)≤ 30 dB HL;
3. 骨导PTA和气导PTA的差值≥25 dB。

Inclusion criteria

1. The objects are patients with congenital external auditory meatus at least 6 years old;
2. Mean pure tone auditory(PTA) threshold of bone conduction ≤ 30 dB HL at frequencies of 0.5, 1, 2, 3 Hz ;
3. The gap between bone conduction PTA and air conduction PTA threshold is ≥25 dB.
